The Jake Thackray Project was started in May 2002, chaired by Phil,  and aims to promote the work of the late, great, Jake Thackray through the recordings of his work and the performance of his songs.
It is now a world-wide organisation and has been responsible for getting EMI to publish recordings and has published its own.  There are plans for a DVD release. More details at
