Phil and the Miv Cameron Band |
Imagine being lifted to a different plain - this was the experience of listening to the Miv Cameron Band. Like no other folk music around, the influence included celtic undertones with hints of jazz, blues and rock.
The voice and songwriting of Miv was complemented by the etherial piano/keyboard skills of Phil, who also adds some pretty neat low whistle and backing vocals.
Their 2nd CD, critically acclaimed, included the skills of Troy Doneckley (Iona) on Uilleann Pipes.
